My supervision style is collaborative, strength-based, and centered on curiosity and inquiry. I am attentive to the ways that the personal is political and the political is personal, and I believe that therapy and supervision should be attentive to systems of power, oppression, and hierarchy. While I draw from many forms of theory and practice including CBT and DBT, I am grounded in a relational and psychodynamic approach to practice and supervision. 

I have been an LICSW since 2022, and I have been providing mental health care since 2016. I meet all requirements to be a Washington state approved supervisor for social work, marriage and family therapy, and counseling associates. I have experience working in community mental health and with providing collaborative mental health crisis care and coordination, including with homeless youth and in a first episode psychosis program. My practice currently focuses on working with LGBTQ+ and QTBIPOC teens and adults, and I enjoy supporting people who are working with these populations. 

I have been independently licensed in WA since 2021 and meet all requirements to be a Washington state approved supervisor. My supervision style is collaborative, encouraging, and exploratory, and is grounded in anti-racist, queer liberatory, and neurodivergent affirming frameworks.

I have experience working in community mental health and with providing collaborative mental health crisis care and coordination, including with homeless youth. My practice currently focuses on working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent teens and young adults, and I enjoy supporting people who are working with these populations. Some topics that I feel especially comfortable offering guidance on are neurodivergence, chronic illness, gender and sexuality, and dissociative disorders.
