I love working with teens (12+) and young adults who are looking for an ally in exploring their identity, difficulties with school, family relationships, friendships, and more. I have experience with trauma (including preverbal trauma and cPTSD), anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity formation.
I have a special interest in working with and providing an affirming space for people who are neurodivergent, queer, and/or experiencing chronic pain/illness. My style is warm, humanistic, and collaborative, and I believe in humor as a great tool for healing and connection. I also believe in bringing our authentic selves into the therapy room and love to incorporate hobbies and interests into treatment.
In my personal life, I am an avid fiction reader, a hobbyist sculptor, and a gnome wizard.
I offer telehealth appointments for clients in the state of Washington, and have in person availability on Thursdays at 320 Dayton Street, Edmonds, WA 98020. There is 3 hour parking available near the office and the building is ADA accessible.
